Sentinel
The autonomy layer that turns an uncrewed platform into a dependable mission capability.
Inside Sahtune
What Sentinel does.
Sentinel plans, monitors, and adapts mission behaviour within defined operator-approved boundaries. It supports waypoint logic, contingency handling, return-to-home behaviour, mission state awareness, and decision-support workflows. Sentinel does not remove the operator; it gives the operator a more reliable system that can respond predictably when conditions change.
Capabilities.
- Mission planning and execution logic
- In-flight autonomy within bounded limits
- Contingency handling for low power, link loss, and faults
- Human-in-the-loop decision structure
- Tactical routing as an internal feature
Development-stage capability.
Sentinel is in development and described at a capability level. It is not a certified or fielded product. Consequential decisions remain with the operator; we build bounded, explainable behaviour and work within applicable Canadian law and export-control obligations.
